Diamond-Opticx was born out of a desire to provide unparalleled insights into the operational performance of businesses. Founded in 2002 by Frank Edwards, who left the banking world to pursue this vision, Diamond-Opticx has grown to become a leading provider of mystery shopping services in Australia and beyond. With a track record of servicing both large and small companies across all industries, including ANZ, NAB, National Storage, and over 100 local companies, Diamond-Opticx has earned a reputation for delivering actionable insights that drive real results. The company's list of satisfied clients is a testament to its success, including international brands such as Lamborghini, MasterCard, Visa, Google, Facebook, and Hard Rock, as well as 1200 other companies. Over the years, Diamond-Opticx has completed more than 1,200,000 mystery shop evaluations, giving businesses the tools they need to improve customer service and operational performance.

We have played a significant role in the industry by serving as the President of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association – Asia Pacific and advising the global body. In 2018, we established a strategic partnership with HS Brands International to represent them in the Asia Pacific region, enabling us to tap into their global expertise and resources. Our partnership with HS Brands International has allowed us to establish offices in all continents of the world, providing us with direct access to local markets and enabling us to better serve our clients' needs. With offices in Shanghai, Tokyo, New Zealand, and Sydney, we have built a truly global network of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional mystery shopping services.
